Our sales representatives regularly travel to the field to monitor our partner brands' products. These visits are essential for observing product promotion, interacting with distributors, and adjusting sales strategies based on local realities.
During these trips, our sales representatives visit partner brands, supermarkets, and specialty stores to assess product presentation. The goal? To ensure that the brands we distribute are optimally showcased: shelf placement, POS (Point of Sale Advertising), current promotions, etc.
These trips also provide an opportunity to interact with local teams to gather their feedback, analyze sales, and identify opportunities for improvement. This collaborative effort allows for the adaptation of marketing and sales strategies based on the specific needs of each market.
